As a Sales Executive in our Pre-Owned Automotive department, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team by driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for working with clients to understand their vehicle needs, providing information and guidance on our selection of pre-owned vehicles, and ensuring a top-tier purchasing experience. Your role demands enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a deep passion for automobiles. You will support potential buyers in the decision-making process and work collaboratively with different departments to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Provide information on the features and benefits of pre-owned vehicles.
  • Assist customers throughout the entire sales process with integrity and honesty.
  • Conduct test drives with potential buyers to demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs monthly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the pre-owned inventory available.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and purchase agreements effectively with customers.
  • Prepare and process all necessary documents for the vehicle sales process.
  • Collaborate with finance and insurance teams to provide optimal solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and competitive offers.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly in pre-owned vehicles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a successful sales track record in auto sales.
  • Knowledge of current automobile markets and pricing trends is essential.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently, showing ambition.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and additional hours during peak sales periods.
