Job Description

Fintrek Marketing is expanding its banking sales division and is seeking motivated Sales Executives – Personal Loan to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in retail banking and a passion for achieving targets in the UAE financial services market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal loan products to prospective customers

• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field sales activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions

• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems

• Ensure compliance with UAE banking and financial regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail banking experience in the UAE or home country (Personal Loan sales preferred)

• Proven track record in sales target achievement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Candidate must be currently available in the UAE

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge of UAE banking and financial regulations is an advantage
