Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives – Personal Loan & Credit Card to join our growing financial services team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail banking sales and a proven ability to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Personal Loan and Credit Card products to prospective customers

• Generate leads through outdoor sales, referrals, and existing networks

• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to clients

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Ensure compliance with UAE banking policies and regulations

• Maintain accurate customer data and follow up on applications

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Personal Loan or Credit Card sales
  (UAE or home country experience accepted)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of retail banking products and sales processes

• Candidate must be currently available in the UAE

• Experience in customer relationship management is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits
