Job Description

A Sales Executive in the Packaged Drinking Water industry plays a crucial role in driving sales and expanding market presence. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong ability to close deals. The Sales Executive will focus on developing new sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to junior sales staff to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and proficiency in closing sales deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed sales decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
