Job Description

The Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales) role is critical for expanding our market reach and increasing sales channels within the assigned geographical area. Passionate about face-to-face client interactions, the Sales Executive is responsible for developing strong relationships with both existing and new customers. Leveraging strategic prospecting and networking skills, the individual seeks to identify potential leads, present our diverse range of products or services, and drive sales growth. By understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions, the Sales Executive will play a significant role in reaching sales targets and expanding our market presence. This position requires a motivated, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales, ideally within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers through field visits and cold calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Present and promote company products or services using solid arguments to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients and close sales effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management for the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure company goals and standards are being met.
  • Offer and provide after-sales support services to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and customer contacts as required.
  • Stay updated with competitive trends and industry best practices to guide sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and client feedback.
  • Manage administrative duties including documentation and record keeping related to sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in outdoor sales or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated capability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required for the role.
