Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Indoor Home Lighting, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our lighting products within the retail and wholesale market segments. In this position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new customers by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our top-tier indoor lighting solutions. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their lighting needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will be working closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and product awareness. This position requires a solid understanding of sales processes, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for home lighting innovations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in indoor home lighting solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing to execute campaigns that drive product awareness and sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide them with detailed product information.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure product installations meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to track and optimize sales performance and strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals and lighting solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote lighting products.
  • Report sales activities and forecast to senior management effectively and promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales support services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or home improvement industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence and persuade clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools for efficient reporting.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of indoor home lighting products and industry trends is advantageous.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
