Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in HVAC systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships within the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. Your primary focus will be on understanding clients' needs, recommending solutions, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and close deals. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify sales opportunities and convert them into successful contracts. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing HVAC customers.

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with customers, ensuring profitability.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate new leads.
  • Manage sales pipeline by maintaining updated records in CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and installation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and related technical knowledge.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tracking tools is required.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
