Job Description

The Sales Executive for HVAC is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, strong interpersonal skills, and an in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands a proactive and self-motivated individual who can effectively communicate the value of HVAC solutions to both current and prospective clients. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets, while effectively collaborating with the engineering and customer support teams to deliver comprehensive HVAC solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve HVAC sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the HVAC market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential HVAC clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals and quotations for HVAC projects.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HVAC solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management for review.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Offer post-sale support and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
