Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and growing the sales of our HVAC products and services. You will be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clientele, and delivering solutions that meet their needs while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HVAC technologies and solutions, coupled with exceptional sales and negotiation skills. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting activities and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to expand professional network.
  • Provide accurate periodical sales and market reports to management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for tracking sales activities.
