Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction by effectively promoting and selling our HVAC products and services. Your primary goal will be to establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients in various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, presenting suitable solutions, and negotiating deals that meet both customer expectations and company standards. Success in this role requires a blend of technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, customer-oriented service, and a passion for sales that can translate into tangible results and increased market reach.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the HVAC market area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing HVAC clients.
  • Conduct client needs assessments to recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to HVAC clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with HVAC clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for product demonstrations and problem-solving.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals for HVAC.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction with HVAC services.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Continuously update knowledge of HVAC products and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and negotiate complex deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and explore new opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
