Job Description

The HVAC Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for HVAC products in a competitive market. An enthusiastic and results-driven professional, the Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. By understanding client needs and aligning them with product offerings, the executive will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strong communication and strategic selling skills are essential, as the role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities. Additionally, the candidate must be adept at prospecting new business opportunities and staying updated on the latest HVAC industry trends.


Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs through in-depth consultation and provide suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales and secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery of HVAC services.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes affecting sales.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and training sessions to expand professional knowledge.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team on a regular basis.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective post-sales support and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in sales, particularly within the HVAC industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related market trends is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term, positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in teams.
