Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Executive for our Home Division who is driven by the desire to exceed sales targets and build strong relationships with clients. This position involves being at the forefront of our sales team, understanding client needs, and offering solutions for their home product requirements. As a Sales Executive in our Home Division, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, generating new leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Identify and understand client needs to effectively promote home product solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to keep up-to-date with competition and market trends.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to maintain strong professional networks.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives to penetrate new markets within the home division.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and company goals.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report on key metrics to management.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and analyze sales data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home products sector.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
