Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Home Division, focusing on driving growth and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to enhance the customer base and increase revenues. This individual will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy and will be motivated by achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and product teams, ensuring that the value proposition meets customer needs and market demands. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the home furnishings or related industries.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and create long-term relationships with them.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance and deliver regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and track sales activity data within CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows effectively.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record with at least three years of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in home furnishings or related industries is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend events.
