Job Description

The Sales Executive for the Home Division at 10N25 is a pivotal role aimed at driving the sales strategies for our residential products and services. You will be the cornerstone of our sales team, working relentlessly to achieve and surpass sales targets, while building strong relationships with clients. This position requires a charismatic individual with an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle, adept at negotiating and closing deals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential clients through researched databases and networking activities.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with residential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins for the company.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine product offerings.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and forecast sales performance regularly.
  • Continuously update knowledge of home division products and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to management based on customer interactions and market insights.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance sales perspective.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client information and streamline sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite for report generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
