Sales executive- Facade Cleaning and Pest control

We are seeking a high-performing, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growth-focused team. This dual-focus role is designed for a versatile "hunter" capable of driving new business acquisition across both the Facade Cleaning and Pest Control sectors. The ideal candidate will be an expert closer with an existing network in property management, FM services, and building ownership.

📈 IMMEDIATE BUSINESS REQUIREMENT

Active Portfolio & Ready Contracts: We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently active in the UAE market and have contracts in hand or a confirmed pipeline ready for immediate transition. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an immediate ability to bring in business from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B contracts (Annual Maintenance Contracts - AMC) for both pest control and high-rise facade cleaning projects.

• Site Inspections: Conduct thorough on-site assessments to identify pest issues or facade cleaning requirements (cradles, rope access, BMU).

• Technical Proposals: Prepare and present professional, technical quotations and service proposals tailored to different building materials and client needs.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers, including Building Managers, OA Managers, Developers, and FM Directors.

• Sales Pipeline: Manage the full sales cycle from cold calling and lead generation to contract signing and payment collection.

Salary & Compensation Structure

This position offers a unique, tiered "no base, high-incentive" structure. Your earning potential is directly tied to your confirmed sales performance.

• Fixed Salary (Base): 0 AED

• Tiered Target Incentive (Monthly): * Target of 1M+: Fixed Salary/Incentive of 20k - 25k AED

  • Target of 500k: Fixed Salary/Incentive of 15k - 18k AED

  • Target of 250k: Fixed Salary/Incentive of 10k - 12k AED

  • Target of 125k: Fixed Salary/Incentive of 5k - 7k AED

  • Target of 70k: Fixed Salary/Incentive of 2k - 3k AED

• Commission: 5% Flat Commission on all confirmed project sales, paid in addition to the incentive achieved.

Visa Requirements & Terms

• Full Visa Cost: Immediate Upfront full pay for visa. This is a mandatory condition of onboarding.

• Visa Cost Re-evaluation: Re-evaluation of costs occurs after 2 months only, based on the candidate meeting initial performance standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven sales track record in the UAE FM (Facility Management), Cleaning, Pest Control, or Construction/Facade industries is mandatory.

• Network: An existing, strong portfolio of contacts and ready contracts is essential.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with safe high-rise access methods and/or Dubai Municipality pest control regulations.

• Professionalism: Impeccable professional appearance and a highly polished corporate demeanor.

• License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for site visits.
