Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Custom Office Furniture, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive sales and expand our customer base in the competitive office furniture market. You will work closely with interior designers, corporate clients, and direct buyers to showcase versatile and high-quality custom office furniture solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Your role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and managing key customer relationships to secure sales and enhance satisfaction. You need to be passionate about design and have a proactive approach to reaching sales goals while being a part of a dynamic and supportive team that values innovation and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the custom office furniture market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate office furniture solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to successful closure.
  • Collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure client specifications are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote products and the brand image.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems for reporting and analysis.
  • Liaise with the marketing department to align on promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Continuously update knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the furniture industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients and attend networking events.
