Sales Executive - Credit Cards

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Credit Card Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to prospective customers through various sales channels, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the bank’s credit card products to individual and corporate clients.
• Approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Explain the features, benefits, and terms of credit cards clearly to customers.
• Collect and verify required documentation from applicants in compliance with company policies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong follow-up with clients for application status and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Participate in promotional events and campaigns to generate leads.
• Keep updated with product knowledge and competitor offerings.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.
• Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
