The Sales Executive for Credit Cards & Personal Loans is a crucial role that focuses on driving business growth through the strategic sale of credit card and personal loan products. Responsibilities

  • Identify and solicit potential clients through canvassing, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about financial products.
  • Assess clients' financial needs and counsel them on suitable credit products.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance and client interactions regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings in the financial sector.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to continually improve skills.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales activity reports and forecasts as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial sector for two years.
  • Strong understanding of credit products, including credit cards and personal loans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications for reporting purposes.
