We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in construction equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing the necessary solutions from our expansive range of construction equipment. You will be expected to achieve sales targets while providing unparalleled service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the construction equipment market and a proven track record in sales within this sector. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives and targets.

  • Keep abreast of competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and suggestions to product development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the construction equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics relating to construction equipment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required for this role.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
