Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Building Materials, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for our company's product offerings in the construction industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients, such as contractors, architects, and construction companies. You will use your in-depth knowledge of building materials to recommend solutions that align with clients' needs. Working closely with the sales team, you'll devise strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our products meet industry standards and client expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the construction and building sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences to promote the company's brand.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify competitors and potential market changes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide clients with product demonstrations and technical support as needed.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management.
  • Continuously update CRM systems with client interactions and sales data.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing post-sales support.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product specifications and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in building materials or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of building materials standards and industry regulatory requirements.
