Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in building materials, you will play an essential role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities within the construction industry. Your primary goal will be to introduce our high-quality building materials and solutions to potential clients, ranging from construction firms to individual clients planning significant projects. Your extensive knowledge of our product lines and the competitive market, paired with your exceptional sales skills, will allow you to develop strong relationships with industry stakeholders. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, leveraging their support to meet ambitious targets and contribute positively to our company's revenue. Your strategic mindset and customer-focused attitude will be crucial in establishing us as a leader in this market niche.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads within the building materials sector aggressively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Present and demonstrate our product offerings to potential clients effectively.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements, closing deals to meet revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and construction industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to develop and nurture long-term professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong IT skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.
