We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (B2B) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new B2B clients while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities to expand client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key B2B clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics to maximize performance and outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and business objectives.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to build industry connections and knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitive activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to sales planning.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
