Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Auto Loans, you will play a critical role in our financial services team by helping potential customers find suitable financing solutions for their vehicle purchases. Your primary focus will be to build relationships with dealerships and customers to maximize loan origination volume and profitability. You will collaborate with various internal departments and leverage your deep understanding of the auto loan market to meet and exceed sales targets. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to customer service. You will also be responsible for providing insights and feedback to improve products and processes, contributing to the overall growth of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with auto dealerships within your assigned territory.
  • Identify potential customers and assess their financial needs and loan eligibility.
  • Present and promote competitive auto loan products to customers and partners.
  • Negotiate loan terms and agreements in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
  • Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan application process.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Attend relevant industry events to network and generate new leads.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments affecting the auto loan industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in auto financing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of lending regulations and consumer credit policies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
