We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive specializing in Aluminium & Facade systems to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aluminium and facade solutions, coupled with a strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building effective client strategies, and effectively closing sales. You will work closely with architects, builders, contractors, and developers to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aluminium and facade sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to successfully close sales deals.
  • Follow up on sales leads and regularly update CRM with relevant data.
  • Provide clients with insights and solutions tailored to their facade project needs.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Ensure prompt communication and support for clients throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design and technical support, for client projects.
  • Utilize product knowledge to educate and advise clients on product features and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience in the aluminium or facade industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aluminium and facade systems and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with diverse clients.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
