Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive specializing in Aluminium & Facade to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for a sales professional with a strong understanding of the construction and building materials sector, particularly in aluminium and facade solutions. The role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aluminium and facade market.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and other performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine customer needs and product demand trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and periodic sales results to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and expos to stay updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Provide clients with information on new products, services, and innovations.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium and facade systems and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
