Overview Of The Role:

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets with retained gross margins on new and TPO units while maximizing the uptake of Finance and Insurance products, trade-ins, and accessory sales. The role ensures high standards on Customer Satisfaction Value (CSV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey, reflecting Al-Futtaim's values of integrity, collaboration, excellence, and respect. The position demands close interaction with Branch Support Staff, Showroom Managers, and Branch Sales Executives to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experiences. Working within the automotive retail sector, this role requires extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to achieve targets and support personal growth.

What You Will Do:

• Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding customers through a structured offer journey to ensure sales success.
• Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to boost branch profitability.
• Reach monthly Finance & Insurance (F&I) product sales goals to enhance revenue streams.
• Facilitate effective referrals to Showroom Managers for second facing and increase NPS/CSV scoring.
• Meet established targets for Trade-ins and Dealer Installed Options (DIO) Accessories sales.
• Convert leads from various sources (Tel/Web/Walk-in) to sales at a conversion rate of 25%.
• Ensure complete collection and accuracy of customer data during interactions to maintain efficient operations and follow-ups.
• Participate actively in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings.
• Attend mandatory and suggested trainings to remain informed about systems and product knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with current brand campaigns and competitor activities.
• Enhance financial understanding to better present available customer buying options.
  
  

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to multitask and effectively plan and schedule.
• Negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence customer choices.
  
  

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for an automotive background.
• Proficiency in English, with Arabic preferred.
• Solid understanding and experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Exceptional upselling skills and ability to create value from new products.
• Strong negotiation skills to influence customer buying decisions.
• Ability to develop and execute actionable sales plans.
• Digitally savvy with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to feedback, and able to work independently.
