Overview Of The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting Volvos sales objectives by achieving assigned sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets. You will represent the brand to potential and existing customers, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, service excellence, and long term customer relationships.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and follow all company sales policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize CSI results and encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company procedures when handling cash and credit customers to minimize risk.
  • Promote and sell valued products including GAP, Protect Plus, PCP, insurance, accessories, and paint protection.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and Volvo’s full product range, features, and benefits.
  • Analyze the market to identify sales opportunities and customer demands.
  • Create and improve reporting as required by management.
  • Participate in QHSE activities, toolbox talks, safety training, and follow emergency procedures.
  • Ensure high quality work with minimal errors and take action on customer concerns to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or car dealership industry.
  • Experience handling cash, cheques, or similar financial transactions.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills with continuous drive to improve techniques

About The Team

You will be part of the Volvo Sales Department, working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless customer experience. The team fosters a customer first culture, with every member contributing to building long term relationships and promoting a high standard of service excellence.
