Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the company.
  • Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records using CRM software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles within relevant industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend sales meetings or conferences as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for timely task completion.
