Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our company's growth objectives. As a Sales Executive at 25O25, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new marketing strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities regularly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closure of the deal.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to management on a weekly basis.
  • Utilize customer feedback to develop and improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Continuously update CRM system with all client communications and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise within sales and marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
