Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales operations and ensuring the company's revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will act as an ambassador for the company's products and services, aiming to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibility will be to build and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients and companies, presenting tailored solutions that align with their needs and objectives. An understanding of market trends, coupled with effective communication and negotiation skills, is imperative to succeed in this role. You will also be collaborating with marketing and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and sales targets are achieved.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize profit margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups and communications with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance data to adjust sales techniques accordingly.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and events to build network and enhance industry knowledge.
  • Report on sales activities and forecast results to the sales manager.
  • Achieve set sales goals within the predefined timelines effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to predict and understand market needs and trends.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team highly required.
