  • Train and mentor junior sales representatives to enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a sales executive role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
