Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximize sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Participate in sales meetings and present updates on achieved goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle complaints or objections efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, effectively communicating our offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and reach targets.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Follow up on inquiries from potential clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with clients for future sales ventures.
  • Track and record customer contact and sales activities for reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients and potential customers when required.
