Job Description

The Sales Executive role is crucial for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with potential and existing clients. As a Sales Executive, you will spearhead efforts to sell our products and services to both businesses and individuals. This role demands an excellent understanding of the sales process, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed set targets. Responsibilities

  • Provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales or a similar role required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are an absolute must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
