Responsibilities

  • Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to achieve growth.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to boost company visibility.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback to management.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in other relevant sales/customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
