Job Description

As a Sales Executive at 18N25, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and capturing new sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to strategize on market penetration plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and service enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to advise clients effectively.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management team.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and other business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and manage customer needs effectively and efficiently.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
