The role of a Sales Executive is pivotal in driving the growth and success of a company by securing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling the company's products or services, targeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospects in the market.
  • Conduct market research to determine potential new customer segments and trends.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales agreements effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) system with client interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management to track progress.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with peers.
  • Provide regular feedback to product teams about customer needs and market developments.
  • Continuous learning about industry trends and advancements to maintain an edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales or a similar relevant position.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding networking skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team environment.
