  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Manage and update client databases and CRM systems with accurate information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong telephone manner.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving set objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
