Job Description

A Sales Executive is a pivotal role in any organization, responsible for driving the growth and success of the company's sales initiatives.   • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities closely.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Attend relevant industry functions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Adapt strategies based on changes in the market environment and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in sales function.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively utilize data.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
