  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, sales, and follow-ups ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the support team to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales service.
  • Report on sales activities, progress on targets, and market developments regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proactive approach in closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to understand client needs and customize strategies to meet those needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
