Job Description

A Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving a company's growth by identifying new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They serve as the first point of contact for clients and are primarily responsible for meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and closing deals. Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure staff receives training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
