Job Description

The Sales Executive at 12N25 is a pivotal role aimed at driving the company's revenue through strategic prospecting, customer engagement, and sales closure. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the product offerings and service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Track and report on sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Continuously update personal industry knowledge by attending seminars and professional workshops.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for evaluation by upper management.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner to boost satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable feedback from customers and market insights to influence company strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in sales roles with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and an acute attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision or under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM software tools for managing client interactions effectively.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales strategies and software tools.
