Job Description

The Sales Executive is a pivotal role within our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition and retention of clients. This professional will be instrumental in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and closing sales to achieve and exceed targets. With a deep understanding of the products and services offered, the Sales Executive will craft appropriate sales strategies to suit individual client needs. This role calls for a motivated and goal-oriented individual with a knack for sales and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a strong business acumen and a passion for exceeding sales goals.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets.
  • Regularly update sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape insights.
  • Provide clients with support and maintenance for products and services post-sale.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Continuously improve through feedback from managers and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a sales or similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a strong ability to close sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
