Responsibilities

  • Contact cold and warm leads and turn them into loyal customers.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities for lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
