Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue, expand our customer base, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.   • Actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and customer events to promote offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to secure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Report on sales performance, providing insights on improvements and future areas of focus.
  • Conduct client feedback sessions to gather insights and enhance service offerings as needed.
  • Stay updated with relevant industry practices and contribute ideas to improve the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience in a sales executive or similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to use CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude for critical thinking and decision making.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
