Job Description

The Sales Executive role is pivotal in driving the sales revenue of a company and expanding its customer base.   • Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company brand.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales executive role with a successful sales track record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a competitive sales environment.
