  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company policies.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and industry trends.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Update and manage sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in CRM systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper execution and delivery of services.
  • Participate in industry events to explore new business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to engage with clients and manage relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite applications.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as necessary.
