Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Provide detailed, accurate, and timely status reports on leads and sales activities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify customer requirements and provide feedback.
  • Ensure all client inquiries and complaints are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Uphold the company's reputation by consistently providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills needed for closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
