As a Sales Excellence Mgr Apprentice, supports business planning, sales programmes, and operational activities that help drive seller productivity and business performance. Working with sales leaders and stakeholders, they assist in implementing processes, tools, and initiatives that improve collaboration, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness. This role provides hands-on experience in sales strategy, rhythm of business execution, and account, territory, and partner planning.

Responsibilities

Program start date: January 2027

About: Tomoh Program is Microsoft's program for Emiratization, aiming to accelerate Emirati employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs.

Program overview: Microsoft Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.

Program Details: The 6 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)

Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)

• Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.
• Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.
• Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
  
  

Phase two: On-the-job training (5 months)

• Joining as a Sales Excellence Mgr Apprentice for on-the-job shadowing and training.
• Mentorship and coaching sessions.
• Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
• Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Support sales planning, pipeline reviews, and business performance tracking.
• Coordinate Rhythm of Business (RoB) activities and key sales initiatives.
• Analyse sales data, reporting, and pipeline health to drive insights.
• Promote adoption of sales tools, processes, and best practices.
• Assist with account, territory, and partner business planning.
• Help improve seller productivity, partner engagement, and sales effectiveness.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Emirati National holding UAE Family Book
• Emirati nationality
• Legally authorized to work in UAE (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
• Completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.
• Fluency in English.

• Passion for technology and digital transformation.
• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
