Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth in shutdown and maintenance projects across major industrial clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will leverage strong industry connections to secure contracts and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue shutdown and maintenance opportunities with key clients (EGA, EMAL, DUBAL, Emirates Steel, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project planning, costing, and execution
  • Stay updated on market trends and upcoming shutdowns
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and safety standards
  • Meet business development and revenue targets


Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5-10 years in shutdown and maintenance projects
  • Strong network in heavy industry, oil & gas, steel, aluminum, and marine sectors
  • Proven track record of securing contracts with large industrial clients
  • Knowledge of tendering procedures, commercial negotiations, and contracts
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure


Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
