We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
Prepare, review, and submit RFQs and tender specifications for naval projects.
Communicate with customers for clarifications, additional information, and project requirements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and compile complete bid packages.
Manage and control costs for global naval engineering projects.
Handle contract amendments, including growth‑related work orders.
Coordinate global movement of spare parts and exchange components for project execution.
Arrange and manage subcontractors and third‑party service providers.
Coordinate service engineer assignments and ensure appropriate technical skill allocation through the global service network.
Ensure required security passes, base access, and compliance documentation are in place.
Attend platform team meetings when required.
Leverage digital and AI tools to improve workflows and business processes.
Ensure all work complies with U.S. Government requirements.
Build strong customer relationships and understand customer needs.
Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitor activities, and naval project opportunities.
Assist with identifying regional targets/budgets.
Support PrimeServ Naval Business Development activities and collaborate with internal teams and IGCs.
You Can Help With The Following Qualifications
Ability to prepare and review tender specifications and RFQs with strong attention to detail.
Ability to present and close proposals effectively.
Experience compiling complete, accurate technical and commercial bid documents.
Strong capability in project cost control, budgeting, and financial tracking.
Competence in coordinating global logistics, including spare parts, components, and service resources.
Experience managing subcontractors and third‑party suppliers.
Ability to ensure compliance with strict governmental or regulatory frameworks (e.g., U.S. Government requirements).
Skilled in organizing service engineer assignments and matching technical competencies to project needs.
Experience working with secure sites, access permissions, or similar operational requirements.
Ability to gather market intelligence and analyze competitor activities.
Strong customer relationship‑building abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
Capability to support business development activities and contribute to opportunity pipelines.
Experience using digital tools or AI-driven workflow enhancements.
Proven project management skills.
Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience relevant to the role.
